All online orders are packed and shipped from our Oklahoma City store at 4440 SE 44th St.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another tracked carrier. U.S. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- Standard Shipping: free on all U.S. orders, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: optional paid express service may appear at checkout if available.
Delivery estimates for Alaska and Hawaii may be longer, but U.S. Standard Shipping remains free when available at checkout.
4. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our store. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Email support@annassbeautysupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date if:
- Tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there.
- The package arrives damaged.
- The package is significantly delayed beyond carrier estimates.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned per our refund policy but cannot be canceled in transit.
