We want every customer to be happy with their order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging where applicable.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Magnetic lashes once the packaging is opened.
  • Press-on nails once the packaging is opened.
  • Makeup brushes once the packaging is opened.
  • Wig caps and bonnets that have been worn.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are always eligible for return or replacement, even within the categories above. Please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@annassbeautysupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you to confirm whether the return is approved.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Email us with the order number and the replacement item you'd like and we'll guide you through the steps.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  • Email support@annassbeautysupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include order number and, if damaged, photos of the package and the items.
  • We will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement or issue a refund.
