  1. How long does shipping take?
    Orders normally require 2-5 business days for processing before dispatch. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch under normal carrier conditions.
  2. Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  3. Do you offer free shipping?
    Standard shipping rates and any free-shipping offer are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
  4. What is your return policy?
    Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale once opened or worn. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported by email with photos.
  5. How do I start a return?
    Email support@annassbeautysupply.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Wait for instructions before sending anything back.
  6. How do I track my order?
    We send tracking information to the email address entered at checkout once the package leaves our Oklahoma City ship-from location.
  7. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through secure Shopify checkout. Additional methods may appear only if available at checkout.
  8. Who operates the website?
    Anna's Beauty Supply is operated by HATTON NOVAQUARK SOLUTIONS LLC.
  9. How do I contact customer support?
    Email support@annassbeautysupply.com. We normally reply within 1-2 business days.
  10. Do you store my card number?
    No. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and payment providers; Anna's Beauty Supply does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
