How long does shipping take?
Orders normally require 2-5 business days for processing before dispatch. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch under normal carrier conditions. -
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. -
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping rates and any free-shipping offer are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. -
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale once opened or worn. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported by email with photos. -
How do I start a return?
Email support@annassbeautysupply.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Wait for instructions before sending anything back. -
How do I track my order?
We send tracking information to the email address entered at checkout once the package leaves our Oklahoma City ship-from location. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through secure Shopify checkout. Additional methods may appear only if available at checkout. -

Do you store my card number?
No. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and payment providers; Anna's Beauty Supply does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
